The shipping-fee per purchase (no matter how many items your purchase contains) is:

Within Sweden 49 SEK.

Within the European Union 79 SEK.

All other countries 99 SEK (around 15 US dollars)

If you shop over the amount of 1000 SEK you will get FREE SHIPPING.

Please note that some countries may charge you for customs when your package arrives to your country. It is the buyers responsibility to cover this cost.

Responsibility policy

Since Youtopia uses the Swedish postal service as shipping company the responsibility of shipping is divided as follows. Youtopia is responsible for the items up until they have been delievered to the post office. In almost every case the shipping goes perfectly. If something were to happen on the shipping-journey, Youtopia is obligated to do everything possible to try to locate the missing item. If unsuccessful the customer must contact the postal service and together with Youtopia try to solve the problem. No funds in return can be handed out by Youtopia, in these very rare cases.

What currency do you accept?

All our prices are currently shown in Swedish krona (SEK). But we also accept Euro and US dollars. You can see the prices in your chosen currency before checking out.

Returning policy

According to Swedish law you have the right to return goods within 14 days from the day you received your package when you shop online. This does only apply to items that has not been used, and you have to return everything in the same condition as when you received it, with tags if there was any. Fill in the return form you received with your package and send it back to us.

The shipping cost for returning goods will be at own cost.

Because of hygiene you can't return underwear/bathing suits and jewelry.

If you receive a faulty item, please send us an email to info@youtopia.se and explain what is wrong with it and we will get back to you. We will pay for all shipping costs in case of returning a faulty item!

Personal information

According to Swedish law (PUL 1998:204) we promise you that all personal information you give us is private and never will be given to a third party.

When will I receive my items after ordering?

Within Sweden it won't take longer than 2-4 business days.

Within Europe it can take up to 10 business days.

To ship to all other countries it can take up to 14 business days.

We can unfortunately not guarantee that your package will arrive in time, but will of course do everything in our power for you to get your items as fast as possible.

What about washing instructions?

Read our washing instructions in the description of each clothing item. Normally we recommend 30 degrees machine wash, and in some cases washing by hand. Do not tumle dry! We are not responsible for clothing being damage while washing.

How big are your clothing sizes?

Most of the clothes on www.youtopia.se is ONE SIZE. This means that there is only one size. The size varies and we have a lot of oversized clothes. In the information box of every product you will find useful information for example if the garment is stretchable. You will also find the measurements there and in some cases our personal styling tips! Please note that all measurements are approxiomate and that a lot of our clothes are stretchable.
